The entire product is formed from a solid copper rod in a single cutting operation, with no splicing or welding assembly throughout the process. All steps, chamfers, and limit ring structures on the shaft are simultaneously processed, ensuring excellent concentricity and stringent, stable dimensional accuracy.
Crafted from selected high-quality brass materials, offering excellent conductivity and heat dissipation, anti-corrosion and resistance to rust; workpiece surface is smooth with no burrs, ensuring seamless insertion and removal without jamming.     Full CNC lathe automatic cutting process, a solid copper rod is directly machined into a complete stepped shaft, without any segmented joints or gaps, ensuring no loosening or misalignment after assembly, and offering enhanced durability through repeated insertion and removal.
