The factory, with over two decades of experience in CNC precision machining, uses CNC heart-cutting machines to process brass connecting rods as a whole. The entire product is formed from a solid copper rod in a single cutting operation, with no splicing or welding assembly throughout the process. All steps, chamfers, and limit ring structures on the shaft are simultaneously processed, ensuring excellent concentricity and stringent, stable dimensional accuracy.
Crafted from selected high-quality brass materials, offering excellent conductivity and heat dissipation, anti-corrosion and resistance to rust; workpiece surface is smooth with no burrs, ensuring seamless insertion and removal without jamming. Customizable in material, dimensions, and head structure, paired with various anti-corrosion and conductive surface treatments, widely used in various electrical precision components. Capable of handling small batch prototyping and large-scale continuous supply.
Electronic connector conductive pins, automotive electrical accessories, new energy storage and charging pile conductive terminals, medical precision testing instruments, industrial control sensor connecting shafts, pneumatic quick connector rods, home appliance power plug connectors, and various precision conductive and positioning connectors.
Q1: Can we replicate the processing according to the drawing or sample?
A: Sure, we can support mold making and sample production based on customer's CAD drawings or physical samples. Small batch trial orders can be given priority in production.
Q2: How long does it take to produce samples and bulk orders? What is the minimum order quantity requirement?
Sample cycle: 3-5 days; standard bulk order production cycle: 7-12 days, flexible MOQ, small batch customization is also available, urgent orders can negotiate to shorten delivery time.
Q3: What is the maximum processing accuracy achievable?
A: Standard outer diameter tolerance up to ±0.01mm, length tolerance ±0.02mm, meeting the requirements of the majority of precision electronics and instrument assembly.
Q4: Can we process heads with pointed, flat, or slotted structures?
A: Supports integrated turning processing for various non-standard structures such as flat heads, round arc heads, pointed heads, milled flats, radial slots, and face drilling.
Q5: Which process is most suitable for outdoor humid environments?
A: Recommend brass substrate with nickel or gold plating treatment, offering excellent rust and oxidation resistance; long-term use in humid environments is less prone to oxidation and conductivity degradation.
