Our factory specializes in precision CNC turning and rolling grooving galvanized hollow sleeve (metal bushing) processing. It adopts an integrated cutting and forming hollow cylinder structure with metal tube material, without the need for splicing and welding, ensuring overall stability and firmness. The middle section of the sleeve is processed with a straight line rolling groove texture, significantly enhancing the assembly bite friction. After installation and pressure fitting, it is not easy to rotate, slip, or loosen. The entire sleeve has been heat galvanized for corrosion resistance, with smooth and flat inner and outer tube walls, free of burrs and edges. The size tolerance is strictly controlled, and the interchangeability is excellent.
