This CNC electrode assembly is a dedicated set for electrical discharge machining equipment, made from aluminum alloy tube material processed by a CNC lathe. The cylinder, top positioning pin, and sealing groove are all cut and formed in one operation, ensuring no joints or welds, with excellent concentricity. The outer circumference has a standard sealing groove, which can be matched with an O-ring, effectively preventing the penetration of cutting fluid and dust, protecting the internal discharge electrode. The top pin serves as an accurate guidance and positioning function, ensuring smooth mating of male and female components, thereby guaranteeing the precision of mold processing.
